Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania — ACTION MOVIES

Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lilly return as Ant-Man and the Wasp in the third standalone movie in the Ant-Man series. This new adventure follows Scott Lang and Hope van Dyne, along with Hope’s parents (Michelle Pfeiffer and Michael Douglas) and Scott’s daughter (Cassie Lang) as they explore the Quantum Realm. Standing in their way is Kang the Conqueror (Jonathan Majors in his MCU film debut), a time-traveling, multi-versal adversary first introduced in the first season of Loki.

Everything you need to know about this upcoming black comedy/action thriller directed by Elizabeth Banks is right in the title: an American black bear goes on a murderous rampage after ingesting a duffel bag full of cocaine in rural Georgia. The ensemble cast features Keri Russell, O’Shea Jackson Jr., Alden Ehrenreich, and Ray Liotta in one of his final performances.

Operation Fortune: Ruse de Guerre — ACTION MOVIES

Writer-Director Guy Ritchie is back with another pulpy, stylish action romp. This star-studded spy thriller finds Jason Statham as special agent Orson Fortune. When the sale of a deadly new weapons technology threatens to disrupt the world order, he and his team of operatives recruit one of Hollywood’s biggest movie stars for an undercover mission to intercept the device. Also starring Aubrey Plaza, Josh Hartnett, Cary Elwes, Bugzy Malone and Hugh Grant.

A throwback to the classic detective stories of old Hollywood, Marlowe follows detective Phillip Marlowe (Liam Neeson) in 1939 Los Angeles hired to find the ex-lover of a glamorous heiress. This neo-noir crime thriller follows similar beats of the genre but gets a modern update full of big action set pieces. Diane Kruger and Jessica Lange also star in this adaptation of the 2014 novel The Black-Eyed Blonde by John Banville.
