Wifey and I saw The Woman King, that movie was pretty dope. Good historical references and the actresses did a phenomenal job with action scenes.

Medieval
Medieval tells the unforgettable story of Czech General Jan Žižka and his incredible rise to power. The film centers around Žižka’s (Ben Foster) early years, before the Hussite Wars when he was young and just coming into his own. Europe is engulfed in war, plague and famine, and in a bid to unite the countries and end the war, Jan Žižka is called upon to kidnap a young woman named Katherine, niece to the king of France and keep her safe. He fights for honor, freedom and duty to his king. In the words of General Jan Žižka himself, “Kings may be chosen by God. But they still make the mistakes of men.” Don’t be one of those men and make the mistake of skipping this movie. You can see it now exclusively in theaters!
#MedievalMovie a solid, ultra-violent Middle Ages flick featuring some huge, unique set pieces, and a terrific, bad ass performance from Ben Foster who swings two of the gnarliest weapons ever made… extra points for cool eye patch… pic.twitter.com/ahJbeP16iF

Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero
The Dragon Ball series of shows was first released in the mid 1980s in Japan came from a Manga of the same name, and after 12 years it made its way to televisions all over the United States. It was thanks to Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z that so many Americans were introduced to the world of anime.
The series follows the lives of Broly (from Dragon Ball Super: Broly), Piccolo, Bulma, Vegetta, Trunks, Goku, and his son Gohan as they battle a multitude of enemies from Cell, Majin Buu, and the Red Ribbon Army, and it is this latter enemy that comes back to wreak havoc on the Super Saiyan Z fighters in this years Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero. It seems like the ZFighters have their hands full with this foe from the past and their newest androids. Who will you be rooting for: Red Ribbon Army, or the Z Fighters?
Watched the new Dragon Ball: Super Hero movie last night. It was an amazing time and I damn nearly screamed when I saw this new Gohan form.
The animation style took a bit of getting used to but when it kicks off nothing can top it. Most amazingly animated movie I’ve ever seen. pic.twitter.com/RsXNaYCGQV

Bullet Train
What do you get when you put a rag-tag bunch of assassins with the same mission on a train? You get a recipe for action, disaster, and absolute hilarity. In this fast paced action film that finds these assassins careening through the Japanese countryside as they travel from Tokyo to Kyoto, we follow many backstories, some often seeming to be unnecessary, and a whole host of amazingly choreographed fight scenes. So, what is their mission and which one of them will be successful? Join Ladybug (Brad Pitt), Prince (Joey King), Wolf (Bad Bunny), Tangerine (Aaron Taylor-Johnson), and Lemon (Brian Tyree Henry) on the big screen this month and find out for yourselves.
Just finished watching Bullet Train and man I can’t recommend this movie enough.

DC League of Super-Pets
Well folks, I think it’s safe to say that Marvel has their work cut out for themselves this year. The DCEU is bringing together some of the biggest powerhouses in Hollywood for this year’s sleeper hit of the summer, DC League of Super-Pets. When Superman (John Kasinski) is kidnapped, Krypto the superdog (Dwayne Johnson) must form an unlikely team of pets, including Ace, the Bat-Hound (Kevin Hart), to go out and save his master. Also along for the ride are some very familiar faces, Batman (Keanu Reeves), Wonder Woman (Jeemela Jamil), Flash (John Early), and Cyborg (Daveed Digs). You can catch all the action in theaters now.

Thor: Love and Thunder
You loved him when he had no memory of who he was after being banished to earth in Thor. You rooted for him when he was battling the Dark Elves during their attempt to plunge the universe into darkness in Thor: The Dark World. He learned how to work with a team when he joined the Avengers. Finally, you hooted and hollered when he wielded Stormbreaker in Thor: Ragnarok.
Now, join him on his most perilous mission since his battle with the mighty Thanos, as he embarks a quest to find inner peace after turning over the rule of New Asgard to Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson) in Thor: Love and Thunder. Thor: Love and Thunder sees our overweight hero facing off with Gorr the God Butcher (Christian Bale) with the aid of his friend’s Korg (Taika Waititi), Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson), and Jane Foster, The Mighty Thor (Natalie Portman), with a special appearance from The Guardians of the Galaxy.
The first Thor movie is great but a bit ropey by modern MCU standards. Love and Thunder is a fun ride from start to finish. #MCU #Thor https://t.co/w6OoVZtmS8

I really liked Thor: Love and Thunder and I don’t really understand the mixed reception it got. It’s very, very sentimental and very, very corny and I LOVED IT!! What else should these movies be??? Got me teary eyed and everything, I really ate this one up.

Jurassic World: Dominion
29 years, 5 movies later and here we are, on the cusp of witnessing the end of an era. When Jurassic Park first hit theaters back in 1993, nobody could have predicted the sheer magnitude the film’s popularity would bring. Now here we are, welcoming the final entry in the massive Jurassic franchise with Jurassic World: Dominion. With the dinosaurs finally off the island and living among us, humanity has quickly dropped from top of the food chain to the bottom. But, just how long will this struggle for supremacy last?
Jurassic World: Dominion is a thrill ride from the very beginning to the final curtain. Now we ask you, who do you think is the apex predator, Man or Dinosaur? Joining the fun and adventure for this final installment are Dr. Allen Grant (Sam Neil), Dr. Ellie Sattler Laura Dern), and Dr. Ian Malcolm (Jeff Goldblum). Together with Owen Grady (Chris Pratt) and Claire Dearing (Bryce Dallas Howard), they must save Owen and Claire’s adopted daughter Maisie Lockwood (Isabella Sermon) from Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, while simultaneously taking down an evil genetics conglomerate once and for all.
Just want to shout-out the puppets and vfx in Jurassic World: Dominion. The dinos looked absolutely incredible! Such high production value. Wow! 🦖#JurassicPark #JurassicWorld #JurassicWorldDominion #movies #movie

Action movies coming to theaters in 2022:
Black Adam
From Warner Brothers and New Line Cinema comes the latest film in the ever expanding DC Universe, Black Adam. 5,000 years ago, Black Adam’s (Dwayne Johnson) son stepped in to protect his father and was killed. Upon this occurrence, Black Adam was gifted the power of the gods and quickly imprisoned and locked away for fear of how he would use those powers. Accident Man: Hitman’s Holiday
Scott Adkins stars as Mike Fallon, a hitman that has decided to put himself into a self imposed retirement, is brought back to active duty to protect Wong Siu-ling’s (Sarah Chang),one of the baddest mafia bosses, ungrateful son’s life. Along for the ride is Fickney Fred (Perry Benson), an old friend of Mike’s, and yet another person whose life he has to protect. As if those demands weren’t enough, Mike must also jungle a third mission, rekindle what little relationship he has left with his father figure, Big Ray (Ray Stevenson).
Accident Man 2: Hitman’s Holiday trailer looks great – also somehow put the Vince Neil-less Motley Crue song Hooligan’s Holiday in my head. Everyone goofed on it back then but I’m listening now and this is “good, actually”™️ Put it in the movie! https://t.co/NQUncrHAII

Devotion
The Korean War was the first battle the US would participate in after the conclusion of World War II. It was a war that would last for 3 years and cost the American military more than 37,000 soldiers lives and wound more than 102,000. That being said, Devotion tells the tale of two of the Navy’s top elite fighter pilots Tom Hudner (Glen Powell) and Jesse Brown (Jonathan Majors), their risks and the heroic actions that made them the Navy’s most celebrated wingmen in history.
I’m dying to watch @DevotionMovie in South Korea… We are desperate…………
